Work is now progressing on the first Admiral A-40, marking an important milestone for the brand’s newest semi-custom series, with delivery targeted for 2027.

Positioned within Admiral’s A-Fleet range, the 40-metre yacht is the outcome of a design partnership between Monaco-based studio The A Group and Admiral Centro Stile. The project moved from sale to construction in 2024 and is now advancing into the outfitting stage.
Built entirely in aluminium, the A-40 is designed for reduced noise levels and enhanced efficiency. Large glazed surfaces and a highly adaptable interior layout create the feel of a much larger yacht, all while remaining under the 500GT threshold.

Owner-focused living sits at the heart of the layout. Two private suites are dedicated to the owner, including an upper-deck master with direct exterior access, while the remaining cabins accommodate guests in refined comfort. Separate crew quarters provide space for up to nine.
Interior volumes have been carefully studied to enhance flow and comfort, with soft, rounded forms and a refined material palette contributing to an intimate, cocoon-like atmosphere throughout.

Social areas are concentrated on the main deck, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the saloon and dining spaces. A signature staircase leads aft to a concealed beach club platform that extends outward, significantly increasing the usable area and offering seamless access to the sea.

Equipped with twin MAN engines, she is expected to achieve a top speed of 15 knots, maintain a 12-knot cruising pace and offer an estimated 4,000-nautical-mile range at 10 knots.
Admiral has also hinted at a future A-42 version, designed with an open beach club, pool and fold-down terraces
