George Panayiotou
George Panayiotou, a highly qualified professional, holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from Nottingham University, UK.
He began his career at Deloitte in London, where he specialised in travel, hospitality and leisure and during his tenure, he became a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA).
His true love for the sea combined with his expertise led him to the yachting industry. Today George is the Director of Blue Verge and is currently based in Cyprus.
Timothea Prodromou
Timothea serves as the Executive Personal Assistant at our company, contributing her unique background and skills to our team. Her professional journey has taken her across various countries, including working in China and serving as a Sales Manager and Administrator for a company based in Cyprus.
In her current role, Timothea plays a crucial part in handling administrative tasks and overseeing the marketing efforts of our company. Her strengths lie in communication and organization, which make her a valuable asset to the team.
One of her notable achievements includes significantly boosting brand awareness for Blue Verge in Cyprus, showcasing her marketing prowess.

Christina Tsiarta
Christina Tsiarta, a senior consultant specialising in sustainability, ESG and climate change advisory services, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Christina began her career working for various environmental consultancies in London, before relocating back to Cyprus to work as the Operations Director for a local management consultancy.
Christina’s strong managerial and organisational skills, combined with her passion for the marine environment, led her to Blue Verge, where she now serves as Company Secretary based in Cyprus.
Alexander Damaskinos
Business Development
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Ship Science (Naval Architecture) and a Master of Science in Shipping and Logistics. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (FICS), an Associate of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects (AssocRINA), a Chartered Marine Technologist (CMarTech), a Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (MIMarEst), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), and a Full Member of the International Institute of Marine Surveyors (MIIMS). He also holds an MCA Master 200/OOW 500 (STCW II/2) Certificate of Competence and is a registered lobbyist for shipping and yachting matters in Cyprus.
With over a decade of experience in high-profile projects across the shipping and yachting industry, Alexander brings extensive expertise and insight to every engagement. A lifelong sailing enthusiast, he continues to pursue his passion on the water whenever possible.
